An outstanding musical event featuring artists from across the country in a day of music, community and connection, 11.11.12 took place at the Uptown Marble Theater in Marble Falls, TX on Nov 11,2012. The event was sponsored by Outlaw Magazine, Texas Heritage Music Foundation, The Real Deal 93.5 FM Junction TX/Am1230 Kerrville TX, Northland Communications, Dewberry Jam Community Radio AM1670 San Antonio TX, AddictedToRadio.com. It was broadcast on Ustream.tv and featured Billy Don Burns, Jubal Lee Young, Brigitte London, Daryl Wayne Dasher, Mandy Marie Luke, David Patrick Dunn, Brook Faulk and The Luckenbach Poet Walt Perryman. Angela Davis was featured on background vocals and Michael Samuels on dobro, harp and background vocals.
The event was hosted by Texas radio personality Big G (Gordon Ames) of The Real Deal 93.5 FM Junction TX/Am1230 Kerrville TX. All of the performances were acoustic, ringing out strong in the historic Uptown Marble Theater. Songs, stories and love of music filled the air as people tuned in from around the world to watch the show.
